"Ridiculous wait time with a lack of communication"

Should be embarrassed with the wait time. Feels like there is no organisation. Waiting 2-3 hours to be seen by a nurse only for them to ask your problem and then tell you wait outside again for the doctor. This practise seriously needs to sort it self out.

I was sorry to hear about your poor experience at Moorfields at Bedford. Unfortunately sometimes, there are delays in clinic, but the team at Bedford are working hard to reduce these wherever possible and perhaps on this occasion they could have kept you better informed as to the length of the delay and it’s reasons.
