Although there was a short delay for my appointment I was kept informed and was re-assured to learn that the reason for the delay was because the consultant gave whatever time was necessary to preceding patients. Scheduling a morning's patients with unknown requirements has to be a difficult task. The consultant neurologist who saw me was professional, thorough, friendly and re-assuring.
