"Treating the patients individually ..."

What could be improved? Treating the patients individually and with respect. Honestly in my experience in the last few years in this ward they are just left to there own defices. I am very disappointed with the whole experience we have been given with my sister is very dissapointing. Anything else? Although my sister has spent several months at different times in Millbrook ward I do not feel that they helped her a great deal as she keeps having to return. The illness she suffered is manic depression and has for a number of years although some of the staff have been kind and helpful some I feel are not she is in hospital at the moment and when I ring to see how she how is she is they say she very good doing all the things she should which, when I speak to her she is in such a state it is a lie and I feel very frustrated they give her medication to calm her down then stop it. The illness is very complexed I know that but after all this time no improving is showed. My main compliant is fwith the doctor who is in charge of this wards and My sisters and her daughter have had meetings with this doctor and come out angry frustrated and very disappointed they have no manners and is very patronising and that is to us we are only vistors whatever you say they ignore you. My sisters says that they talk to her very badly nasty and this is commom knowledge with the patients in all my years coming to Millbrook I have never heard a good word towards this doctor I feel the time is now to put my views forward.
