“I would like to thank the community nurses from Hardwick team. They’ve done a fantastic job. They are so caring and always have a smile on their face. They have gone out of their way to make sure I have everything that I need and that I am well. I don’t know how I would manage without them. I couldn’t ask for better care from them, they’re wonderful. It makes my day seeing them. ”
