"Clear instructions"

Went to clinic 4 - 14/10/2016. Staff were great however after X-rays was told to go back to clinic area 4 and take a seat.

Unfortunately I did not notice a rather non descript notice on the board asking one to report to reception when back from X-rays .

I then waited an extra hour before being seen .

My mistake. However could these notices be put in a more noticeable position. And be printed in a more 'attention getting' format.

There were a couple of us who seemed to wait quite a while.

So I do not think it was only me.
