"Thank you to Ben the radiographer"

I just wanted to say thank you to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital - particularly the imaging department and Ben the radiographer.

After receiving an appointment quickly after her initial consultation we attended the imaging department today for the MRI scan. Within minutes of arriving my mum had been called through for her scan (even before her appointment time! ) She was particularly nervous about the MRI as she is claustrophobic and was concerned about being rushed on and off the table with her poorly knee.

I cannot thank Ben enough for making the experience stress free and reassuring her... She was full of praise when she came out!
