We ended up coming here with our 14 month old on Monday the 10th of October. We Were on the observation and assessment ward for children and all the staff there were brilliant and nothing was too much to ask for. From nappies to bottles and even a bed for me (mum) when it went past 1 in the morning. The nurse looking after us was fantastic at making a very worried mummy daddy and nanny feel reassured and comfortable. And was brilliant with our son. Nothing was too much trouble. :)
