What could be improved

cleanliness,staff were not professional in their manner or in the way they were dressed,doctors were unshaven wore trainers had t'shirts hanging out of their theatre blues,and were arrogant and patronising. i was also not too impressed with the nurses either.As a health care practitioner myself i was quite disgusted.
