"She is exactly what a nurse should be"

I recently had surgery at a different hospital.

On Monday I suffered a reaction to some medication I had been prescribed after this surgery. I was in so much pain that I was taken to hospital by ambulance, they did an e. c. g which showed up some abnormal readings and this seemed to be of more concern to staff. I was told I needed to be admitted for monitoring. Well I had the good fortune of being taken care of by Nurse Jennifer, she pulled & pushed me around the very busy dept, as I could not walk, with a smile on her face. From the moment she took over my care I relaxed and worried less. She is exactly what a nurse should be, kind, caring, efficient, reassuring and knowledgeable with a smile constantly on her face. Within 4 hrs I'd had 2 e. c. g's, bloods & a heart scan. The dept was so busy, I feel that if it wasn't for Jenny, I would have been in A&E all night. All the staff do an amazing job under very difficult circumstances. I am now having further tests. I just wanted to say thank you very much.
