Booked in for appt at 1500 hrs for simple Biopsy - still waiting at 1640 hrs with no explanation for delay - after conversation with another patient in the waiting room am aware that although the lady had a later booking she was taken through before me as her requirements were less involved. Absolutely disgusted with the delay and lack of communication
