I fell and broke my hip whilst shopping in Cheltenham. The ambulance arrived in 7minutes and I was taken to A&E where I was examined, xrayed and put in bed on Rayworth ward. Following surgery on the following day my care was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough from Sister to the ancillary staff.
I am a retired nurse and after hearing so many negative reports about our hospitalls, I have been quite disillusioned but Cheltenham has restored my faith in nursing.
