"EXCELLENT CARE AT CDU CLINIC ON 08/10/2016"

I Was referred by my GP after having a seizure type episode. The care I received was so efficient and my complaint was fully investigated without me having to stay in hospital as an inpatient.The junior doctor and nursing staff were exceptionally kind to me and kept me fully updated about all my tests and scans.The consultant was very thorough and was able to ensure l obtained a CT scan to rule out any serious problems. The nurse was particular thoughtful and caring to me ,wheeling me to the X-ray department and Ct scanner and they kindly stayed with me throughout which l appreciated so much. This same nurse even helped my daughter take me home by wheeling me to the entrance!! The other nurse on duty provided me with refreshments and even showed my husband how to get to the exit by personally showing him where to go.I cannot express highly enough how impressed my family and l were with the service given to me and the kindness shown to me.The staff went above what was expected of them and l would appreciate you passing on my thanks to them all.When most people are critical of the NHS it is also important to realise than when the staff have the time to care they really do!!
