Just had my surgery today. A welcoming, friendly service. Staff are busy but you feel you have their attention, and that they do really listen. Great communication from all staff from beginning to end - reception staff, nurses, HCA's, porters, theatre assistants, consultans (and anyone else I may have missed!)Thank you to all for putting me at ease.
