Went to the ENT department, following a visit to the Drop In centre in the grounds of Great Western.
Very happy with the service provided. Was seen quickly (within a few days), wasn't kept waiting and the staff were very accomodating. Was quickly worked through several different areas (consultant consultation, hearing test, MRI and hearing aid consultation) and a timely follow up planned.
