I wouldn't recommend services in foundation house community mental health teams. My experience of this service was that the attitudes of nursing staff like care coordinators could be bothered, turned up late for appointments and missing appointments without letting anyone know. They wanted to discharge people who were not well back into the community making patients get ill again repeatedly and ended up worse in a vicious cycle of no benefit to anyone
