So I have been losing weight, and having stomach pain, and diarreha for more than 3 months I went to my gp, she recommended I would do a blod test and a stool sample, the results made her believe that I have CROHN'S disease and she reffered to Wittington hospital and this was recommended in mid Spetember, she said I would get a letter trough the mail in 10 days and nothing arrived yet. So I called the hospital and they told me I am on the waiting list and will only be seen by the end of the year. Like really? I lost 14KG during 3 months I am not losing anymore so I told them that I would not wait for their slow service and would go to portugal to get treated, I CAN'T TRUST THE NHS SERVICE IS TOO SLOW. I had to leave uni for this and I am only 21. If I like the service? NO. In my experience, the doctors didn't seem to care. So I gave up on this "Medical SYSTEM" And decided to go to portugal where the medical service is better and will be soon in a week and also have my Colonoscopy to see whats wrong with my intestine so I can have proper treatment.
"Nhs Service is too slow"
