What I liked
Nothing. I would rather travel to another hospital.
What could be improved
Patient Care, Keeping Patients informed, Staff Attitude, Sense of Urgency. Staff being able to speak and understand English.
This hospital is filthy, compared to Royal Brompton whom have someone cleaning every hour.
Basically Everything!
Anything else?
The Staff should be trained or go on a course at other hospitals whom have a high score with CQC. They hopefully might learn how things are done properly.
