"Excellent nursing care"

I attended following a fall and I cannot praise and thank the A&E staff enough for the care provided by them. The department was extreamly busy and we were updated as to why there was a 2 HR wait. The HCA called me and I waited in the secure room before the Nurse Practitioner attended. I was xrayed and treatment completed within 30 mins of being seen. It was obviously busy and the staff were doing an outstanding job. The doctors and nurses and the Sister were professional, polite and were all doing an amazing job and all with a smile. Please pass on my gratitude to all involved
