"Compliment of Service received"

I recently had an operation at Princess Alexandra Hospital in the Nettleswell Admissions Unit.

I would like to compliment all the staff on their friendly, caring approach and professional attitude.

From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect and put at ease.

Nothing was too much for any of the staff and they kept me informed on what would happen and what I should expect.

The staff were very apologetic as I had to wait a short while for my operation.

As I had not been allocated a time it did not seem like a delay to me I just expected to be seen at some point in the day.

I think all the staff work exceptionally hard in a very difficult environment and should be commended for this.
