"Turned away even before opening"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Got there 10 minutes before opening time of the walk-in clinic, only to be turned away as they were already full. An absolute joke for the National Health "Service" - wasted an hour of my time plus the cost of driving and parking there. Won't be going back again that's for sure.
