My mother had a very complex surgery performed by an excellent ENT consultant.

Beforehand the consultant discussed all the relevant details of the condition, conservative and surgical treatment with us. Consultant and their skillful team( including anesthetist, nursing and young doctors) made my Mother's hospital experience a very pleasant and successful journey. Thank you very much for all your hard work.

I am really pleased to read your comments about the care your Mother received and I hope she is getting better after her recent surgery.

It is very kind of you to take the time to thank all the staff who cared for her and they will be delighted to receive your post.

I hope that you also felt reassured as it’s equally worrying for carer’s when a loved one needs an operation.
