"Your telephone service is the worst I have ever..."

About: Herts & Essex Community Hospital

Most times appointments are cancelled. Letters are not sent when they are promised to be sent. Hours are spent on phone lines to get information and still nothing is gained. It is unbelievable that someone can spend over an hour on the phone and still get no where.
