"Bad costumer service."

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital / Accident and emergency

Visited the emergency service the 11th of October. Before arriving ambulance services couldn't find my NHS number. Arriving to the hospital and trying to "check-in" on the service I was again informed that they couldn't find me in the national database. I have informed that I'm registered with a GP Surgery and inclusive I had already had some appointments. After that they were shouting me in the middle of the emergency service saying that I'm not registered with a GP because the database doesn't lie and its updated every day. I felt a little bad because everyone was looking at me. And after that they still say me that because your not registered with a GP your not allowed to have free health care and all the expenses will be send for my original country (Portugal). I was feeling a little disappointed with the service, disrespected and I was also felling scared because I was thinking that I couldn't be seen by the doctor.
