When is the a and e dept closing for good ?as far as

I am aware we don't have one now as they don't do anything when you go in , so where will the people have to go to when not well? Will we be sent to a proper hospital with care and attention and proper food ,it's a shame that the patients can't decide which hospital they want to go to, I certainly wouldn't choose shields hospital.
