What I liked

I underwent a colonoscopy and I cannot praise staff highly enough. The nurses were friendly and cheerful. All my queries were answered patiently and thoroughly. Support during an unpleasant procedure was second to none. Would have no worries if I ever had to return. Cannot understand why people criticise the NHS or Treliske. Found the whole experience positive and I need not have dreaded it thanks to all staff involved.

What could be improved

Reception room. Dreary and drab. Probably wouldn't cost much for a facelift to make it brighter and more cheerful. However this is nit-picking as it is better to have good care rather than a fab waiting room andf poor care!
