(as a relative),

My wife went into surgery later than planned and had a unplanned stay over night. I want to thank the Staff Nurse on TAU for arranging "emergency" accommodation for me at very short notice. All the staff on TAU and then E2 ward were friendly, professional and couldn't do enough to make sure my wife and myself were cared for.

Thank you for making a very stressful time a bit easier.
