"From NHS 111 to Ambulance and RBH"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital / General surgery

Every member of staff from my call to 111 listened and took me seriously, making sure I received the most appropriate treatment every step of the way including actually being admitted instead of left at home to cope as I had been by my GP 3 or 4 times with the same condition over the last year or so. If if I had not gone in, it would have resulted in another and perhaps more serious outcome next time.

NHS 111, Ambulance, A&E and Ward 18 Surgical Admissions staff all treated me with the greatest respect and dignity, involving me and keeping me informed all the way. I had the best medical care and was home in 48 hours recovering from keyhole surgery. Friendly, kind and professional staff who naturally care for their patients. Thank you
