"Fantastic!"

My 4.5 year old Son was referred to A&E via Queen Mary's hospital urgent care centre. He was was treated swiftly, with my concerns & his symptoms taken seriously. He was admitted following a diagnosis of pneumonia. Very scary for us as parents and for my Son. But every member of the medical & nursing team were fantastic. The play therapist & school teacher on the ward kept my son amused & made the whole experience fun for him. Cannot speak more highly of the staff & the care he was given! Even the domestic staff were friendly, respectf & our room was lovely, clean & homely!
