"Ward 12 is a shambles"

About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital

After visiting today a member of staff was walking down the ward moaning about patients in ear shot of everyone. They then told us we had to leave in a very unfriendly manor and unprofesional. We explained we were unable to see him at the start of visiting as he was being cleaned up an this member of staff walked of mubleing saying not their problem. When asked what they said they wouldnt say and refused to give us their name and wasnt wearing a badge. Another member of staff came and was much better but this health assistant was a disgrace.

I note that you have used the same title and name as a previous post therefore I would therefore like to apologise that you continue to be having difficulties on Ward 12. Today I have spoken with the Ward Manager from Ward 12 and she is happy for you to speak directly with her. I will also inform the Matron on Ward 12 of these continued concerns.
