"Excellent care while on Surgical Admissions &..."

I was admitted on to the Surgical Admissions Unit by my GP on the 12th September 2016.I was seen almost immediately and was treated with dignity and respect. I could not fault any of the staff who were marvellous, they really cared and put me at ease.I was then transferred on to Pulteney Ward where again I was treated with dignity and respect by everyone.The nursing staff were brilliant as were the healthcare assistants and this includes night staff as well as day staff. The domestic staff were also brilliant and very thorough when cleaning the ward.My consultant and their team were super efficient and very kind and understanding.The staff who work in the CT Scan Unit were fantastic as was the Consultant Radiologist and their team whom I had to see for a procedure a couple of days later.I was treated extremely well by everyone I saw during my stay. I was met with kindness,compassion,understanding and a I felt I really mattered to everyone. Thank you all for everything. You are all truly angels!
