"Amazing treatment by calming friendly staff"

I arrived, nervous as never been before. Receptionist smiled asked how to help, explained my first visit and they suggested sit down and relax and we will look after you today. Called early for appointment, greeted by a very friendly smile from a person in a white clinical top. Entered room, asked to take a seat. We chatted about my issue and treatment offered immediately. Explained I nervous and asked about injection to ease pain. Advised in a confident, calming voice"not needed I promise". I showed faith, sat and stayed calm. We spoke the whole time. Yes I have a huge hole in foot but no pain experienced during treatment. After care advice given. Such a positive experience today, calm, friendly, positive and top class care and a positive experience. Thank you
