"Very Friendly, took the stress out of our visit"

My son had injured his hand at school, but it didn't really bother him until late in the day. I called my local surgery and they said to take him straight in. They said Princess of Wales Community Hospital was a great place. So off we went. They were so right. The person that greeted us was lovely and calm, easing any stress we had straight away. The facility was very well kept and clean. The nurse that took care of my son was amazing. Very thorough and explained everything as they did the examination and then recapped it at the end with their diagnosis giving supporting evidence as to why they came to that conclusion.

This was the kind of experience that could have given my children a fear of Doctors and Nurses, instead it gave them confidence. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our visit pleasant and educational.
