"The staff were amazing"

I don't understand where all the negative reviews have come from as when I attended this clinic twice I have had the upmost care and assistance when I attended.

I suppose I had to wait for a bit but not too long plus when it was busy one day I was warned and told that the wait could be up to 4 hours because they didn't have a doctor on site only nurses and a doctor from another branch would have to look over my notes so I decided to come another day and unfortunately was referred to Acton as there were no appointments at Streatham in time to have the medical abortion before 9 weeks I had like 5 days before it was too late to have the medical abortion and there wasn't an appointment that was convenient for me so had to go to Acton.. If I have to compare Acton to Streatham then I would say Streatham all the way as the reviews I'm reading on here about Streatham I would think I was reading about Acton not only didn't they have protestors outside the wait time was ridiculous, ridiculously busy and I was only there to get my tablets for the medical abortion and the nurse forgot to give me my antibiotics for aftercare when that's the most important to prevent infection...
