"Childrens unit ward 11"

I went to the children's unit ward 11 today to see the consultant. To begin with the ward had a welcoming feel as it had lots of fun toys and nice pictures on the walls. We were seen really promptly and the nurses who dealt with us were really kind and friendly. Then we saw the consultant and they were very informative and talked through everything very clearly made sure they had the accurate information passed to them from the gp and really importantly made us feel like there was no rush. 10 out of 10 from today's experience well done keep up the good work.
