Today myself and my daughter attended stafford county hospital. Clear signposting for parking sspaces.brilliant .Walked to outpatient department everywhere spick and span.took ticket sat down then called immediately and shown to orange area.sat down then called to be weighed within 12cmins of my appointment time.then straight into consultant.friendly clear consultation.options discussed.next bloods needed so take ticket.within 4 mins called for bloods.next need to cancel duplicate appointment at Stoke hospital.Person on Orange reception said they would ring for me as it's difficult to get through.then off to radiology to book scan.equally helpful person sorting appointment around uni attendance.off to car park and away we go.I cannot praise the whole hospital and every member of staff I came into contact with.Well done Stafford County Hospital.from 2 very happy customers
