Keep it nice simple here...just back from day surgery on my knee and was very impressed with everyone I had dealings with today. From the surgeon down to the staff on reception. Everyone was polite, friendly, caring and made me feel in very safe hands. Really very impressed. Superb experience. Thanks to all the staff!!!
