"Excellent care"

About: Good Hope Hospital

Today I attended an outpatient appointment in area E the women's unit. I was very impressed with the care I received.

The consultant , nurse and HCA were fab. Totally reassured me. The little things go a long way . Treated with dignity and respect. Everything was explained to me . Fab care . The nurse who was in with me whilst being examined held onto my hand when seeing I was in comfortable.

Totally made me feel at ease. Thank you .

I'm so pleased to read that you were impressed with the care you received, and felt reassured and supported by your Consultant, the Nurse and the Health Care Assistant, that everything was explained to you clearly and you were treated with dignity and respect throughout.

I will be delighted to ensure that your feedback is highlighted to The Associate Head Nurse for Gynaecology, and the Clinical Director for Women's Services who will ensure that your feedback is communicated to all of the team. Feedback such as yours gives our staff a great boost and is very important to us all here at Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust.
