"Receptionist let the surgery down"

About: Burmantofts Health Centre

(as a relative),

I visited this surgery with my husband who was the patient.

My concern was the receptionist who had what I believe was a couldn't care less attitude and was curt on the point of rudeness with a very bad attitude. I felt like this person let the surgery down with her manner and gave the impression to me she would rather be anywhere else than working on reception.

Apart from this I think the centre clean and tidy and the Doctor was excellent.

Such a shame because I feel that this person let herself, colleagues and workplace down.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback your negative experience with one of the Receptionists at Burmantofts Health Centre.

I was sorry to learn you found her rude and that being a first point of contact with patients, she did not reflect the rest of your positive experience at the Surgery.

We will pass on your comments to the Practice Manager.
