"Ward 21 is excellent, I was looked after so well"

I have recently had an eighteen day stay in Oueen Elizabeth Hospital, 15 days in ward 21. The care I recieved was faultless, the entire staff have tirelessly worked to ensure that I was comfortable and my well being both mentally and physically was of paramount importance going to great lengths to ensure all my needs were met.

I can't thank the marvellous team enough for turning such a challenging time for me into a positive and upbeat experience. The hospital should be extremely proud of the ward 21 staff, each and every member of the team have excelled and their generousity of spirit goes above and beyond.

I would love to promote outstanding members of staff by name, but I wouldn't be able to single out an individual above their peers as they have all been outstanding. The doctors and consultant who looked after me were so respectful, professional and explained every thing so I wasn't ever left to worry unnecessarily. Thank you so very much to the whole team
