What I liked
My mother (82) had a fall yesterday and was treated in A & E. She waited only a very short time before having an x-ray and the Nurse Practitioner who looked after her was very professional and explained everything to us.
What could be improved
In Mum's case nothing. Everything worked perfectly. Thank you
