What I liked
I was admitted via A&E for a short stay as an inpatient following a very frightening acute illness. The doctors, in particular, were absolutely exceptional: compassionate, caring extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. They really could not have been any better. I was going through a time of serious personal difficulties and I was treated both holistically and with great warmth. I'm sincerely grateful.
What could be improved
Communication with nursing staff on the CDU with regard to essential prescriptions and when it should have been administered.
Anything else?
The food was good, and the wards were regularly cleaned to a good standard.
