What I liked

once you get past that certain point ie grumpy receptionist and the first line ot nurses the care is fantastic however to be moved beds at 2.15 in the morning is absolutley not acceptable would the CEO of the hospital put up with it NO

What could be improved

see above and lack of communication and there seems to be lots of staff around doing nothing

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that you did not find the reception and nursing staff supportive. I am also sorry that you moved beds in the middle of the night – we do try and avoid this - but this can unfortunately occur in emergency situations when the hospital is very busy. I do hope that you have a better experience if you have to visit us again.
