"20 week scan at the antenatal clinic"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

The member of staff that did the ultrasound was very unfriendly, didn't make us feel at ease at all, didn't talk us through what they was seeing on the screen and it truly ruined the experience of our 20 week scan. I didn't even see my baby on the screen! Truly upsetting.
