What I liked

The hospital was under great pressure but the staff kept me well informed of what was going on and the efforts being made to allow my elective surgery to be carried out.

What could be improved

In the scale of things the one issue is very minor but through a long wait the constantly banging door from Hospital Street to the Manfield waiting area was very trying.

Anything else?

I have had 3hand operations in the last 13 months and am very appreciative of the professionalism shown to me at every stage of the processes.
