"Very well cared for"

I was recently a patient at the day procedures unit of the George Eliot Hospital.

Throughout the day I found all the medical staff who I came into contact with to be friendly, helpful and considerate.

I was constantly reassured and was kept fully informed about each stage of the procedure.

All my queries were answered fully, I felt that all the staff had time for me.

I also felt that I had been treated as more than just a number on a surgery list.
