What could be improved

The attitude of the receptionist and nursing staff i was made to feel like i was wasting their time.I was in pain and feeling very faint i had already fainred once my husband was concerned it would happen again it was just the general attitude the National Health is a public service and feeling very vunerable at the time I am now frightened of having to go back to A&E please improve the caring side of the proffesion.

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that you were so dissatisfied with the care given in our Accident and Emergency Department. I will pass your comments on to the Matron for the department. The staff in A&E work hard to offer a compassionate and caring approach to all their patients, so I am sure they will be disappointed to hear about your experience.
