"Day Stay Surgery"

My father has recently undergone two operations in the Day Care Unit.

On both occasions staff have been polite, friendly and very professional.

We were kept fully updated with his care plan.

The unit is very clean, and has a very relaxed calm atmosphere around it.

I was allowed to wait by my fathers bed with him before surgery, and returned shortly after his surgery was over, which also assisted in helping him relax.

Well done to everyone who works in this department, you are a real asset.
