"Great treatment from Audiology and ENT team on..."

I don't normally post reviews, and it can be easy to find fault in a busy hospital, but the treatment I received today at Derriford was excellent. My appointment for a hearing test at Audiology was made last minute - and even so I was seen promptly and the audiologist was very good at discussing what they were doing and explaining their results. My follow-up appointment immediately afterwards in Lynher Ward was just as impressive. On what was an obviously busy day on the ward, I was seen as quickly as possible and treated very well. The doctor and medical student who saw me, were thorough in their examination, considered my comments, and gave me confidence in their treatment.
