About: Sandwell General Hospital / Accident and emergency

Last year i came to this hospital they mis dignosed me saying i have uti, sent me home , 20 mins later i passed out and when i went to another hospital i was actually septic. Today i went again with shortness of breath they made me wait 2 hours to tell me a gp would see me amd that would be another 2 hours. If i wanted to see a gp would i have not gone to my own. Attitide of front desk is reception. Maybe next time i need to record the service and realse it to social media. Instead of putting extra people on desks use them staff to triage fact that im also a nurse and did not disclose this to them i felt there service was disgusting.
