Read all the brilliant reviews I thought I must get rendered for my new knee. I arrived today

Tuesday to sit in a crowded waiting room for two hours for my assessment , just like cattle .The doctor told me they would like me to have a Mir scan , great . Went to x ray to find that I had to return on a Thursday , that is the day for Mir scans Because I work they are offering me an appointment in three weeks time .this was offered with some resentment how rude of me for working .All in all two hours for a x Ray and five minutes with a doctor is not what I call five star I think I will stick with Kings Mill not great but I know exactly what I am getting.

Feedback both positive and negative is taken very seriously and we are sorry that you were disappointed with your initial visit.

We normally advise patients that their initial assessment can take up to 4 hours as we try to carry out all tests on the same day to avoid them having to come back.

Unfortunately, as you needed an MRI scan, your assessment couldn't be completed.

It would have been beyond the realms of our Consultant's professionalism to make a diagnosis without properly investigating your symptoms.

Unfortunately it is not viable for us to have an MRI scanner available 7 days a week with spare capacity, just on the off-chance that a scan is required.

Therefore, patients are offered the first available appointment.

Apologies for this not fitting in with your work arrangements.

We wish you the very best and hope you are able to get your knee problems sorted to your satisfaction very soon.
